Conceived under the direction of the Design Director of Renault, Gilles Vidal, as part of the recently announced objective of achieving a 100% electric energy mix by 2030, this new concept car has, as of now, an announced presentation date. More precisely, in May 2022.
Still on the concept car, Renault reveals that it is not only a new aesthetic approach, but also a new path in terms of decarbonization, in this case, focused on hydrogen.
In fact, and also as a way of reaffirming the efforts of the brand, and of the group itself, in favor of a better environment, the promise of applying the circular economy, namely through the use of recycled and recyclable materials. An option that, moreover, is part of the manufacturer’s new sustainable development strategy, side by side with Safety and Inclusion.
Regarding Safety, the promise of technological innovations capable of guaranteeing the safety of both the driver and the other users of the vehicle, while the principle of inclusion will be affirmed, according to Renault, through the diversity of the teams and the accessibility of the car.

Finally, as for the teaser released along with these statements, an aesthetic that does not hide some similarities with the future Renault 5, not to be ruled out, either, the possibility that this concept could be the basis of the future crossover Renault 4ever, whose market launch is planned, however, only for 2025.
For the rest, the CEO of the Renault Group, Luca de Meo, insisted that “whenever we make a concept, it is with the intention that it gives rise to an everyday car”.
