Violators, for whom OSAGO should cost almost three times as much (2.8 times the maximum), are drivers who have repeatedly committed gross violations of traffic rules in a year. Among them – driving on a red traffic light, driving into the oncoming lane, exceeding the speed limit by 60 kilometers per hour and others. At the same time, violations should be noticed not by traffic cameras, but by traffic police inspectors. The PCA counted about 100,000 such violators.
There is another problem with “repetition”, which is considered the main feature. It is not uncommon for drivers to go to court to challenge rulings, and this should also be monitored.
