LFA successor: Lexus showed a new electric supercar
Lexus spent the week announcing its upcoming EV lineup, with the RZ 450e crossover on Monday, the large three-row Electrified SUV on Tuesday, and the battery-powered successor to the IS four-door Electrified Sedan on Wednesday. Today, Thursday, the official Twitter account of the brand published a video dedicated to the electric heir to the LFA. During its development, according to the company’s social networks, a certain “secret ingredient” of the original LFA was used. Earlier, Lexus already hinted that a fast battery-powered supercar was in development, at the same time some preliminary figures were announced: from standstill to 100 kilometers per hour, the novelty will accelerate in about two seconds, and on a single battery charge it will be able to travel up to 700 kilometers.
