After showing several teasers of what will be the sportiest version of the Czech SUV, Skoda now unveils the final images of the Fabia Monte Carlo. The upgrades in this version are purely for aesthetic purposes, although, in this new generation, it is now possible to opt for the most powerful engine in the range.
Officially confirmed the decision not to proceed with the vitamin Fabia RS, Skoda now shows the final look of the sportier version in the new Czech utility, called Monte Carlo. A version that thus completes a range, which the van is no longer part of either.
As with Monte Carlo versions of other models Skoda, the changes manifest themselves, both on the outside and on the inside, and are in line with the teasers that the brand recently shared.
Starting with the exterior, the front of this Fabia is dominated by black details, such as the apron or the grille. It has an active regulation system and contributes to an excellent drag coefficient of 0.28.

On the side, the mirror covers and skirts receive the same treatment. The rear diffuser (purely aesthetic) and SKODA lettering are also in black, complete with the roof, A-pillars and rear spoiler in the same color.
Available with all engines
even if the teaser If you can foresee the use of 18-inch rims, these will be an option, with sizes actually starting at 16 inches. Option that will make life easier for smaller engines, which will also be available with this level of equipmentstarting with the well-known 1.0-liter engine, with 80 hp.
The range will also feature a 95 hp 1.0 TSI, a 110 hp 1.0 TSI EVO, and a 150 hp 1.5 TSI, the most powerful of all the engines available on the Fabia. Being that, the latter will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in about 8 seconds and reach 225 km/h.

As for the interior, it is very similar to other versions of the Fabia, with the exception of the standard sports seats and the various red details. There are also applications in imitation carbon fiber on the dashboard and door panels, as well as white stitching and LED ambient light.
The Monte Carlo version should be available in Portugal in the second half of the year.
